I love eating crunchy and crunchy food. It feels good when you eat it.
I really like eating chips while relaxing while drinking a cup of warm tea. Or eat it while watching TV, or while online in front of the laptop. So I don't get bored quickly.
Do you also like to eat chips? What kind of chips do you usually like to eat? I like to eat potato chips and cassava chips the most.

Yup. Too much salt and oil are in potato chips. But during times when I get a chance to eat it, my go to chips will be the spicy tapioca. It's crunchy, spicy and tasty too.

@sinari Thanks for the info, I'll go and check it out. Yes, too much MSG is not good indeed.

Yes, I agree with you too. Chips sold in supermarkets generally contain salt and flavoring ingredients such as MSG. Likewise with oil.
If possible, don't eat these chips too often. Just once in a while. So that our diet is not disturbed. And our bodies stay healthy. I also like to eat cassava chips (or chips from tapioca flour)

I like Green Onion potato chips and banana chips the most. I don't buy either one very often because they aren't good for me.

I like eating chips once in a while since I have to lower my weight to beat any illnesses related to diabetes.

Oh yes. I understand. Indeed, to keep blood sugar levels from rising, you should reduce foods that contain lots of carbohydrates. Potato chips and cassava chips do contain carbohydrates too. And sometimes a lot of chips are mixed with MSG (seasoning).
