Imagine waking up in the morning and reading shocking news about wars, starvation and collapse of economy. I want something pleasant and positive to usher me into the day.
I should be careful of the media I am consuming. I also decided to limit my messenger contacts to certain people. I dont want receiving messages that are depressing or hurtful from people from my past, distant relatives or whatnot.
I need to be this strict because my mental health is very sensitive.

I understand you have to always be prepared. IT must be stressful.
About China attacking Taiwan for sure I will hear it from neighbors and officemates. So I wont watch youtube channels about that anymore. We dont have a bunker or strong army what can we do but accept our fate.

@yoalldudes - We are very stressed here in Europe. From May 1st Russia will stop supplying gas and gasoline, let's see what happens. All the Swiss homes have an atomic shelter in the basement. We have one.

Imagine me just waking up and reading Satan2 nuclear missile tested stock up on food get ready for starvation and collapse of the dollar.

Yep, the news is scary. Everyday, there's bound to be some kind of terrible news or another. I just wish everyone to be safe, sound and hunger-free; especially those in poor countries. A lot of generous people have donated money and etc to charities, but it's still not enough.

I have also stopped reading or watching the news for as long as I can remember. When I needed to stay current, I would ask my dad to give me bites of the latest developments. There is a lot of negativity in today's news, and that makes me feel anxious and scared

If it bothers you much then I guess you should avoid them. But I am one that wants to be updated as much as I would want or not want to hear about. I think that the more information you know the more you can be prepared for what is coming in your life. I just see to it that I do not overdo it by filtering those that are true and not false information around the net.

I wish I can buy a cellphone with no built in apps. Mine is too cluttered with apps im not using but cant be deleted.

It has been 1 day since I have done that and I am happier today. Although the war and pandemic is at the back of my mind. 2nd booster rollout in our country now.

@yoalldudes only if you are signed in I think - I dont like to be told what is for me lol so I usually dont sign into it , when I do I am surprised what it suggests for me lol
