Dizzy and sleepy but not sleeping

Almost everything I have to take has "may cause dizziness" on the label. Allegra for allergies,a pill to slow down heart rate, Monteluskat for COPD, pain pill, rescue inhaler, and Spiriva. (not sure if I forgot any) So, anyway, I am constantly reminded by doctors not to drink any alcoholic beverages. which my reply to that is, Why would I want to when I feel drunk all the time already?
To top it off most of those same meds. happen to make me sleepy too. Now you know why people like me fall asleep out of the blue any time. Yet only to wake up 2 hours later or every 2 hours to use the bathroom cause a lot of those same medications are diuretics.
On another note. Don't you just hate all this automated answering that goes on when you call to do business these days ? I called twice yesterday to my insurance provider. First time I just could not get passed to a human and no options covered what I needed. The second time I got through but had to explain my whole problem in 3 different transfers. Then we were almost done setting up my appointment when her computer crashed and I was talking to air.
I was so irritated that I gave up. I called back today, went through the whole thing all over again and FINALLY got it done.
Thanks for reading this long post I almost fell asleep typing.

You should see what it's like to talk to the IRS this time of year! I finally got through but was told the wait time was 30-60 minutes.

yes and what about the ones where they tell you you are 2 or 3 in line etc. You have no way of knowing how long that's going to be

@LindaOHio yes but then you have to make sure you are not on the toilet when they do.

@bunnybon7 I like the ones that call you back. Not too many places offer that.

You would think all this technology was going to make it easier but it's much harder now.

@bunnybon7 The problem is that technology should ONLY help humans and NEVER replace humans.

I am dreading having to call my bank on Monday for a problem because in Florida first the automated voice talks to me in English and in Spanish then asks me to press buttons and only if I am lucky I get to a human finally.
