Meals - 4/22/22

Today will be a decent day as long as it doesn't rain. Nothing special planned for this weekend. Ended up not going out last week to get my haircut or booster shot. My shoulder was hurting too much; but it's better today. Have a good weekend!
Breakfast - No breakfast
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Spaghetti and meatballs, mixed veggies, spinach and pineapple
Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Tomato penne soup

I had another one of those giant spuds at McAlister’s, and as usual I ate half and took the other half home, scooped out the potato, and had it in chicken broth.
