What's for dinner? April 24

What is going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know!
Thankfully my stomach is better today and I am hungry. I am making Julia Turshen's Confetti Meatloaf from her Now & Again cookbook. I'll have mashed cauliflower and some green salad on the side. I need a good meal after the past few days. I will take some leftovers of all to work tomorrow for my lunch. I need to get some nutrition and calories into my body.

Oven fried chicken thighs(boneless), au gratin potatoes/carrots, cabbage salad, biscuits.

So far, I have only had lunch! Ramen noodles with a can of sweet peas. When on our annual conference trip to Amish country, I could not find my favorite jalapeno jelly anywhere and was so bummed. One day I was in the hotel room and my roommate went for a walk. When she returned, she handed me a paper bag. I opened up the bag and there was my favorite jalapeno jelly! The little stinker!
So, tonight, I might have Thomas Swirl Cinnamon bread toast with Amish jalapeno jelly! Tastes really good together.
