When I was little, my gums were often injured by brushing my teeth, causing canker sores, and they were very painful.
Sometimes when we brush our teeth, we often injure our gums, which can cause sores and canker sores.
Have you ever experienced sores on your gums, or canker sores caused by brushing your teeth?

Nope. I use a soft bristle toothbrush. and the toothpaste I'm using doesn't contain harsh chemicals as well.

Yes, this is exactly what happened to me when I was a kid. So in the old days, new toothbrushes felt hard, so when they touched my gums, my gums bleed, maybe because they were punctured, so they became canker sores. but nowadays there are many toothbrushes whose bristles are softer, and make the toothbrush feel more comfortable. so that the gums are also safe, not injured, and can't get thrush again.

No. I have had canker sores caused by a virus though.
