Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I came across this wonderful poetic quote so thought to share it here.
Many a times in life, we all want and seek happiness but we should remember that life is a mix of all emotions. We will get pain, anger, grief, sorrow, anxiety etc apart from happy emotions.
Life is a rollercoaster ride with its ups and downs. We need all emotions in order to live a meaningful life. We will soon get tired of living with just one emotion. The mixture of all emotions that's make life exciting to live for.
As rightly given example there is no formation of rainbow without a little rain, hence it's important to have mix of all emotions in order to live a beautiful life.

It's very true that you can't have a rainbow without some rain. Life isn't happy all the time but we just have to hang in there during the tough times.
I have a sign in my bathroom that I look at every morning as I start my day, It says "today is a good day to have a good day". It reminds me to stay positive

As much as it is possible I avoid pain and sadness. But when they creep into my day, I fight them off. I want them to go away. And dwell on healthy pleasant thoughts and wholesome fruitful activities.

Life they say is like a wheel. Sometimes you're up, sometimes you're down. So don't expect that you'll always stay up. I think it's just the same as this quote. And it's life. without experiencing all those things, life could be pretty boring.
