There was frost this morning; but the sun is shining brightly. It will gradually be getting warmer in the days to come. I hope this colder weather is done for this season. What's your weather like? I never tried cinnamon muffin, I have to find a recipe, I guess they are good.

It was 60F at 6 am this morning. The forecast claims it will rain today but should still reach 78F by this afternoon. (It's 12:30 pm and 72F right now. The sky is completely overcast.) I don't remember what I ate yesterday. My BP has been really low for two or three days now.

Everything you had sounds good to me. I made a baked ziti for dinner last night and for some strange reason it didn't come out as good as I had anticipated. I ate it but felt like a waste of calories
