Snapped this Robin visiting Dustin's angel in his garden. The angel has a broken wing. I am looking for a replacement but will have to order one. Cannot find one in stock anywhere.
Even with the broken wing, I may keep it just the same. I can relate to this angel in many ways. A reminder that even with a broken wing, you can still fly. There is a song by Martina McBride that I really enjoy. I shared a link below if you are interested.
I often feel I have broken wings as a result of losing my son. But there are many who can relate on a different level. Abuse for example. thankfully I never experienced abuse. Only mental pain losing Dustin. Another reason I really enjoy the lyrics to this song

That is a beautiful song by Martina McBride
The angel in Dustins garden really is a reminder that even with a broken wing you can still fly so I can see why you might want to keep it.

Mr. Mister had a song called “Broken Wings,” too. Appropriate songs (theirs and Martina’s). I think it’s appropriate symbolism that part of you is “broken” and “missing.”

maybe its the camera but that looks like a dark robin, they are usually lightish brown around here
