Hi fellow myLotters!
Since I haven't won millions of money in the lottery yet, I continue to work for peanuts. I applied for a second job and have yet to hear from them. I think I didn't made it but will still follow up next Monday.
Anyway, heard from one of my office mates that my previous company is back here in the country and is currently hiring. i already asked for any leads on where I can submit my resume and apply. No feedback yet but hopefully this one pans out.
Which leads me to the main topic of this discussion. Landed a new project for my current work. We have a new client who is starting a customer service team and I was asked to be part of the new team. Same contract but some changes though. The biggest is that we have to report onsite. the other one is the schedule which is a 4 x 11 one. I work 4 days a week, 11 hours a day. Technically, it is nine hours and 30 minutes because I have an hour and thirty minutes in breaks.
Looking forward to this one. I'm thankful, make no mistake about it. Pay though is still something that needs to improve on.
What's everyone doing to get more cash flow in their life?

Currently I am waiting for you to strike it rich in the lottery and share some of your millions with me.
I really hope things work out for you with one of the companies you've applied for or will be applying for... I am still not looking for work yet. With the rising costs of groceries and utilities, I may have to start looking for a job before the end of 2022. I honestly hope I won't have to, though.

Too funny!
Same here, the cash flow is outside my bank accounts, not inside my bank account which should be the case.

I watched this college thing explain @Fleura how people perceive how our current economic system is. America, but was freaking tragic how off people are on how economic inequality is past point of no return. They say climate change is that but economics in this country is so bad but people keep thinking they middle class.
No you are not. Basically millionaires are middle class and the rest poor even if you make 100, 000 a year and do not know how to budget. Its crazy. I go so 25,000 a year means I am doomed. I say capitalism by itself is fired.

I honestly think that retirement nowadays is a myth. No one truly retires.

With inflation work more hours is what they been telling us last 30 years. We need to work probably 80 hours a week to afford to just live for poor folks. That's not cool at all.

@LadyDuck I am just trying to figure out what they trying to get logically. At some point how do they live with themselves? Maybe they do not really see it. Open your eyes. Look how tired everyone is, look at you tube videos. Sad to say Reddit to have all kinds of work related disgruntled videos starting from police.
Its How everyone at each others throats. Its so easy to see if people open their eyes. I mean if want to be like Russia, go for it, if want to be free, no country can call themselves free when they knowingly or not knowingly doing slave labor in modern form.

Every week I get frustrated and sad that I didn't win the lottery and become a millionaire overnight. But then I remember that I don't even play the lottery, so that helps me feel better about the fact that I didn't win!
Besides my full-time job, and my online income, I earn extra money playing professional paintball. I'm at a big national tournament this weekend, and depending on how our team finishes, I could possibly walk away with $5000-$10,000 dollars in my pocket. Now that's a little bit of pocket change! haha

So how does one become a professional at paintball? Sounds like a fun way to earn.

@Fleura With the luck I seem to have (or don’t have in this case), I think my odds of winning actually increase when I don’t play! Haha

I really hope that things work out for you sooner. I get a decent pay from my offline job. But then we always appreciate that extra money. So, some online sites, surveys and selling some art and craft of mine for that extra money.

@arunima25 true.
It is the extra cash that helps us build our wealth.

Not much, I should be doing more in that arena. Those are long hours especially if you have to be onsite. However, I hope you will get it if you want it.

@cacay1 yeah, a lot of parents and students alike do not like face to face classes. The online classes has its drawbacks but it definitely is still better than face to face classes.

@allen0187, correct The time we had only 12 covid victims full lock down was implemented, this time we're not virus free but classes will be on site. Many won't go to school.
