Made banana nut porridge

I learned of this recipe several years ago when I was doing a detox diet with my gym. It contains almonds, pecans, cashews, coconut milk, a banana, and ground cinnamon. I had everything on hand except a banana so I included one in my last grocery order. The recipe says it makes 4 servings but it is very filling. I'd say it makes more like 6-8 depending on how hungry I am. I just whizzed everything together in the blender. It is a little looser than I like but it will thicken up as I microwave portions of it.
It is a vegan recipe and gluten-free if those things are important to you. I just like it as a change from other things. My nutrition is so sketchy these days that I like incorporating this in every couple of months to get protein from the nuts.
This creamy banana nut porridge is a great recipe for a cold fall or winter morning. It is vegan and gluten free and exceptional!

Those aren't really important for me but I would definitely love to try it if someone prepares it for me.
