I've posted a few questions, but they had little or no response, could anyone tell me how to get my question answered as many times as possible?

And the other thing is... You have only asked five questions??? Are you concerned about earnings??? If you are then you should read the latest alert from www.mylot.com where is says that "Quality" posts will earn more That said... You have a few decent things in there, it all depends whether or not people see them or not... There are times on here when it is so busy that you could put on a post and within a few seconds it will be on page FIVE or something Persevere with it

Well first things first, someone has to see you question and reply to it! Once that happens, and if it is a good enough question that gets everyone's attention it will begin getting replies. When that happens, try and give a comment to everyone that does reply. Make your comments individual and sincere to the person who replies to you. If it is a short reply like a yes or no answer or a one word reply, you need not respond. Do this periodically and your topics will get noticed more frequantly and get more responses. Also be sure to visit you friends topics from time to time and see if there is anything you can offer to them. Remember, we are a community and we can all help each other out! Keep posting and have fun!

Thanks a lot for your advice, as a newbie, I could only think of making many friends and concentrating on eachothers discussions. I just wondered whether there was any 'tricks of the trade'. I'm sure we'll be talking again soon.

Firstly, start a discussion about something that is interesting. Make sure you ask opinions in it. If you're only stating something, chances are you won't recieve as many comments. If your discussion asks for opinions on the topic, you're bound to get more people talking about their opinions on the subject. After you have a good discussion set, you need it to be placed in a good topic (one with lots of people interested in it). Then you need good keywords. The more relevent keywords used, the better. That brings it to, you need the maximum amount of people to see it. The more people that see your post, the more people that'll comment. You can't always guarentee who, and how many, will comment. It is all up to the people on myLot to decide weither or not they want to comment in the end. You can only do the best you can to make a unique, interested discussion for people to comment on.
