Heavy loss in PG rents business

I got transferred and came to a new area and here if you see because of IT companies every people build PGs and given for rent . But now because of this covid situation and work from home , they got heavy hit and no one is having income from this. Unfortunately they don't have any other means of income too .

Yes, they were badly hit during Covid times. There are a lot of PG in Bangalore. Now, slowly they are picking up as people are getting back to work in the physical office. But still they will take few months to recover and be back on track.

@sunilparthan It's picking up slowly. My niece and nephew are back to PG life here in April after almost two years of working from home at their parents'place

@arunima25 oo great, it has to improve because as a banker I know the real problem of the PG owners who have taken loans on that

Not fully , need more improvement and if all IT companies stop the work from home concept only all pgs will get full
