Wearing a mask Good or ?

It's a genuine doubt from my part because see when we wearing this one , unable to take breath properly and eht second thing is our own air is circulating inside of it . So what is your opinion and is there any other way ?

I wore a mask to work for years (temperatures could be 37°C or or close to 100°F…it wasn’t an issue. Masks, when worn properly work. They don’t hamper your breathing. It’s a mental block. I wear a mask when I can’t social distance or when I’m inside a public building.

I agree breathing is difficult with masks especially if we are wearing more than one of it

The masks do work my keeping the virus away but not sure about breathing inside of the mask.
