The employee says the nuggets will be 'fresher' if you order them in sets of 20.

Is there really a difference? Maybe the 'fresher' ones are slightly warmer? Greasier? What do you know/think?

If I am not mistaken, fresh chicken nugget comes from the farm directly and the stale chicken nuggets came from a fridge. Hope I've guess right?

Nope all the chicken-nuggets (at any one McDonald's restaurant) come from the same place.
The 'freshness' the employee is talking about is more like 'freshly fried' (rather than 'fried hours ago and left under the heating lamp').
