I think Change is happening everyday and if one has to survive one must be able to adapt to Change nicely.Your ability to deal with the winds of change will depend on your flexibility and your foundation. The Book "who Moved My Cheese deals with this subject and I would like to take this discussion further and how one can learn to adapt to changes around oneself.

It is very subjective how each individual deals with change. I enjoyed reading the book because it provided such a simple analogy which is so true. I suppose the first thing is to accept that Change and once we truly accept that Change is here to stay... we will have to adapt. Most of the time, we reject Change... and that's the main obstacle. Surprisingly, it is amazingly hard to accept Change... the 'what ifs' are so difficult to shake. We have to be aaware of it to begin with. Undeniably, adapting requires a lot of hard work and most people are just plain lazy... What we can learn is, if we do not accept Change... eventually we will lose out in the game of survival of the fittest!

I can adapt to changes very well. I can't probably change the world to suit me, therefore, I have to change myself if needed. But if the change is not within my limit, I will consider whether the change is necessary.
