I ordered something from Amazon recently and the size was too big. So, I requested a return & refund since this order offered free returns.
Well, I did all that I was instructed to do; requested the return/refund. Took the item and all the packaging to UPS store. They scanned the QR code for the free return and took the items. I got the refund.
Yesterday the item was re-delivered to my apartment. Not sure what to do now lol.

@MommyOfEli2013 I wouldn't be comfortable keeping something I was sent by mistake. But whatever you decide to do you're not the one in the wrong.

I would just wait and see if they either charge you again or are looking for the package. Seems as if the UPS store messed up

Do you ever make a mistake? Do you appreciate when someone is helpful enough to correct that mistake?
Contact Amazon, ask how they want you to handle it.
My next action would depend on their response.

@Morleyhunt I can't deal with contacting them and all that, too much stress and anxiety.
and I make mistakes daily. My life is full of mistakes.

Put through another return if you can. If not, contact Amazon and explain the problem to them.

You got the refund, which is good. You did what you were supposed to. You could contact Amazon for assistance, but before trying anything else make sure that they don't charge you all over again--I do think it was UPS store's error, someone messed up for sure.

Contacting them is too much work. I won't do anything unless they were to charge me again. Yes, I think the lady at UPS just didn't put a new shipping label on it...I could only see the original one that goes to my apartment.

That's normal. It happens after the refund, the item get's redelivered. It's a technical glitch. It happens in the online shopping for fashion that I'm working with. Customers reported this to us. And advise to return the item since it's already been refunded. And if they don't return, their next orders will affect because the amount of items been refunded will be added. Hope that's make sense.
