I never run. I'm talking about running as a sport. I don't even like the feeling of parts of my body shaking when I run.
But lately I feel like running. I'm kind of craving running.
Whenever I work out, which is most likely at home, I wish I could just go out and run, which is not a common thing where I live.
Some other times when I'm in the beach with friends I feel like running, but it's weird to leave them hanging out and go run like a crazy woman.
Now that I'm at my parents place in the capital, there are appropriate places to go run and do sport. So I'm going tomorrow for a run.
Do you guys like running ?

No, never did. Even when I could, I hated it. Later found out it did more harm then good.

@Babino Running can be good for the heart, but it can be hard on the joints in the knees and ankles. I suffer from Verbal palsy. My muscles work three to five times harder, so a high impact sport can really damage the legs faster then an athlete or a normal person.

@kaylachan oh I didn't think of it from this angle. It sure can't be good for everyone.

I would like to take up running at a local park in my hometown for exercise and beat my illnesses that I have to deal with like hypertension and prediabetes.

That's good to know about running. Transparently, I did run before but right now, I can't do anymore. I just jog only.
