Yes this true, everyday I woke up with no motivation to continue managing my own business. Everything I try to do to sustain my business produce unsatisfying results which makes me feels like quiting the whole thing, have ever felt this way with your business? ,. In my country everything is now very expensive which makes business owners like me to suffer alot because of high cost of productions which leads to high expenses. I need your advice thank you.

I am sorry that you feel this way. We all feel low at times but quitting is not the solution..Do you have a better option to move on? If not, then quitting will not solve the issue. What kind of business you run??

Yes in this economy business owners are facing problems to run their businesses. You should not think of quitting it. Hard time doesn't last long. Just think of cost-cutting or other innovations.

Sorry to hear about this. No sense in quitting though as it accomplishes nothing. Perhaps, look at your business from a different perspective so you can improve it.

Maybe you need to rethink what you are doing. If it isn't something you are passionate about anymore QUIT. I don't have a business but, I do know that if I did and I was no longer passionate about it and enjoyed it then I would have to quit it or I would go buggy. Good luck to you.

Sorry to hear about your situation. In fact, businesses in Hong Kong, big and small are facing similar challenges over the past two years. Some closed but a lot still hang on waiting for the situation to improve. They tried their best to cut cost, discussing with staff to have no paid leave etc. There are some government subsidies which help a bit. Hope you can hang on. I don't know what business you're in. In this situation, cut costs and/or think of something innovative such as special promotions might help.

I am sorry to know about your difficult times. It is not different in my country, everything is becoming way too expensive. Many prefer to find a job and stop having a personal business.

@erictsuma I was very burnt out and tired of getting the run around at one place. I did it for about 11 years and then stopped for personal reasons. Find something you are very passionate about and do that.

@erictsuma You are welcome for the advice. I just wanted to share my experience with you. Not everyone feels the same way. Some find their passion early on and continue with a business for a very long time.

Running a business successfully is very difficult these days, Especially after the pandemic. Try some ways where you can cut down expenses. Else may be divert to something else.

Yes, this can be quite a common occurrence with entrepreneurs, but I always remember that before KFC became a worldwide product the owner visited 100 stores before one finally accepted his recipe. And many successful people failed many times but they didn't give up and have finally succeeded in the end, As the cliche' goes: "You have not failed, as long as you keep trying," So, keep going. Your perceived failures are actually your stepping stones towards the pinnacle of success.

Business if selling will suffer because of the rising prices. With the price rise buyers have lessened their purchase. It will be quite a tough time for sometimes. Keep cool.
