Not the happiest of bunnies

Meet Coco. Some of you will have seen him before. I do like to write about him because he brings me lots of happiness in what is such a dark place - especially the last couple of years. Coco had his nails trimmed yesterday, and today he returned to have his annual checkup and also his immunisations. Coco was rather grumpy yesterday, though he didn’t mind too much going to the vets again today. He went into his carrier and seemed reasonably content. I knew he was still annoyed with me after yesterday, but I hoped this would be the end of the upset, and he was promised an afternoon of jumping around when he got home! His jab went well and although there were some minor concerns at the vets, he returned home safely. Coco is still upset with me. I suppose I am the person he trusts, and he wasn’t happy that I had put him through lots of stress. Hopefully he can forgive me in the coming days and weeks. I certainly hope he can.
