Wonderful visit

So i just got back from an amazing 4 day trip to Connecticut, i had the opportunity to meet my best friend's family they are so kind and welcoming I met her uncle he is super kind and gave me some life changing advice I also met her grandma she is so kind and sweet 
this was definitely an amazing experience for me
Because i also got to visit Connecticut for the first time ever. Its wonderful over there its not as crowded as nyc so it was a nice change of scenery.

I am glad that you enjoyed your trip and the hosts there were so kind and welcoming.
. I recently went to visit my mom for a week but that's not a new city

@Luis11 Yes. I might have another mini vacation in June as I am taking my elder daughter for some counseling in one college in other city and going there by air.

No but back in the eighties I did a bit of traveling and lived in eight new states. Connecticut was one of them. I lived in New London right by the ocean.
