Or maybe he has a history of documented mental illness. Politicians are trying to crack down on "ghost guns," gun "kits" that can be bought online and have no serial numbers. Will it help? I don't know. I'd be interested to know what the NRA's stance is on ghost guns. I think gun crime in our poorest neighborhoods (our so-called ghettos) will be hard to reduce. There are too many guns already out there. But mass shootings could be reduced if we stopped the sales of semi-automatic and automatic weapons. At least neither the Trumpians nor the Bed-wetters will be able to claim "racism" in this case. She shooter was Latino, as (I believe) were most of his victims.
