Well, for those of us in the US, we have a long weekend coming up. It's Memorial Day on Monday; and we will be honoring those that have been killed in combat. I hope you all have a good weekend. Haven't heard anything from DISH or the Better Business Bureau yet. Nothing much going on here. How about you?
Breakfast - No breakfast
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Pork loin, mac and cheese, spinach and tropical fruit
Dessert/Snack - Cinnamon coffee cake and decaf coffee
Dinner - Caprese salad
What did you have to eat yesterday?

@LindaOHio We'll be taking photos at an endurance ride. They are taking the opportunity to have an extra ride on the Sunday as everyone will still have Monday to get home.

@LindaOHio My daughter in law brought the baby by this afternoon and we had a good visit. It’s nice today so we sat on the deck.

I had another appointment with the doctor this morning. And made an appointment to see the allergist again on June 2nd. The new allergy meds aren't working. When we saw him last time he said the next step is a monthly shot. I hope that works. I'm tired of my eyes being swollen all the time.

Maybe once the holiday weekend is over you'll hear something from DISH and/or BBB
Your meals sound really good (especially the cinnamon coffee cake)
Yesterday we grilled some burgers, asparagus and baked potatoes. I'm loving how easy it is to just put stuff on the bbq and not have a whole lot of stuff to clean up in the kitchen
