Normally I try to share the good side of people assisting others in our world. However in this case an employee for the Canadian Television Network named Nancy Allen is sad that some crooks stole a polar bear statue from her home in London Ontario around May 11.
Nancy admits that there were at least two persons or more that used a dolly to remove the polar bear statue that weighs around 125 pounds from her garden for more than 30 years.
Nancy is pleading with the persons who stole one of two polar bear statues to please return the polar bear statue for a reward of $200 cash with no questions asked.
I am not making light of this event. I remember reading in Cracked magazine that if a person wanted to steal an object that weights a lot he would have to be Superman to pull off a stunt like that.

@Deepizzaguy I don’t see why the thieves wanted to go to the trouble of hauling it off.

That polar bears were already antique and they could be sold for a huge sum of money.

@Deepizzaguy I know from what the news covered (she works for the local television station) that what made this such an emotional issue is that when her mother was still alive, when she came home from her day away program at the Alzheimers Society, she always knew that she was at the right home when she saw the 2 bears out front.
Its sad enough that Nancy lost her mother to that illness, even sadder when people took them.
They were recovered across town and returned to her.

It is a shame that crooks do not know to leave statues that do not belong to them since the owner of the home is heartbroken.

I agree with you that stealing a statue that does not belong to them is a very low and disgusting act.
