My today's walking exercise.
I have an excellent walking exercise today though it's less compared yesterday.
I completed 10.16 kilometers with 14,500 steps and with 503.68 calories burned.
Again these were my morning and afternoon walk record combined as recorded in my Samsung health app.
Walking exercise seems to be a part of my simple lifestyle. What about you?

It's a combination of my morning and afternoon walk. That means there's a gap of several hours. Usually my minimum walk is 30 minutes in the morning and another 30 minutes in the afternoon.

I am trying to work up my walking. I do very little right now. You should be really proud of this accomplishment.

I love to walk. To me, walking is the best exercise. Walking is the best exercise for the body. When I put on my fit bit watch and go walking I feel like I am doing something good for my body and my mind.
Then when checking my watch after my walking workout and see you walked 3.1 miles in 1 hour and 90 minutes. Then my fit bit lets me know I walked over 3,000 steps. I am ready for my day to begin.
Such a great feeling.

@paigea That would be great. But others don't have time to do it until they get sick.

Walking does a lot of good for us.
I believe it also reduces the risk of getting Alzheimer's disease too.
If I have a headache, it tends to alleviate that a bit too.
Ten kilometres, in the Philippines, is a great effort, given the temperatures over there.
With the sweat, your calorie loss was probably more than indicated, by Samsung.

@Nakitakona Yes, maybe some such mathematical algorithm that gives an average figure for the average person.

I don't know but I am just relying what my health app is indicating about calories burned. Probably it's just an upsurge.
