I only speak English fluently but I have some Irish and Sicilian language from my family.
It is hard to learn a language without actually talking to them.

I can speak a few sentences in Dutch language as I heard it often times when visiting my relatives in the Netherlands. For me, Dutch language is more difficult than the German language due to the pronunciation.
My native language is Bisayan (from the southern Philippines) but I can speak Tagalog, too. I have learned to speak and write in English language since I was in the Kindergarten decades ago. I speak and write German language since I married and living in Germany.

You can get better at a language only by practicing it. I am fluent in English and Hindi. I can speak, read and write in these two. I am good with Sanskrit too and still learning it. Besides that I can manage talking in Bengali, Punjabi, and Kannada.

Oh, I heard Dutch is a very hard language to learn. Andre Rieu is Dutch. And he speaks Maastricht dialect Dutch, which is even worse! Apparently it's a lot different to regular Dutch!
Me, I'm trying to learn Welsh. And I learned a bit of French at School.
