It's 101f but thank heavens the humidity is only 9%. How bad is the humidity where you are? I hope not so bad that it makes breathing hard.
I attached a Roscoe GIF that I hope will upload here, we'll see. If it doesn't I'll replace it with a JPEG.

Parrots are neat, I'm afraid of some of those birds. Roscoe is enjoying his wading pool, awesome:)

@rebelann After a while that water warms up, then it's no longer comforting. Especially in the sun.

Love, love, love the GIF of Roscoe; and I love parrots. I absolutely loved the video. Have a great day. P. S. 101 is way too hot; but it beats s**w.

@rebelann Aside from wanting 2-3 dogs, I would love to have a bird; but they are soooo messy.

Roscoe is there. It is cool early morning right now. We had a bit of rain overnight so no morning mowing for me. I need to eat a good breakfast soon.

I think Roscoe has the right idea! Not so hot here, but it might get humid later.

@rebelann So would I, the humidity can be really draining. Also, I hate to sweat.

We have been hitting nearly 40 degrees with very high humidity for over 2 weeks now and he does look very relaxed there love it.
This weekend is going to be a real tough one to get through air conditioning is very expensive here.

He likes relaxing in his pool when he is outside in the heat .... he no longer wants to be outside when it is hot.
My air cooler works is based on water evaporation system. The only thing bad about it is that if it is more than 20% humditiy it does not work very well.

Did Roscoe go in willingly or did you have to coax him? It has definitely become hot by me in a hurry. From rainy 60's to 80. Much humidity today. Worked in the yard a bit but had to stop and fan off. Need to get those air conditioning units in pronto!
They are really smart birds. Like humans at times, lol.

Oh, look at Roscoe!
“It’s a dry heat.” People who’ve been in the southwest after living in the sauna known as the southeast understand. I was listening to the weather radio out of Mobile, Alabama this afternoon, and when they announced the temperature (88) and humidity (71%) I started sweating before they even said something about a heat index of 93.

Ewwww, that's way toooo sticky for me. I have trouble IF it gets over 20% out here plus these damn swamp coolers can't cool anything if the humidity reaches more than 25% ..... I'm dang lucky this Mobile home doesn't get damp indoors.
He loves that pool but when our temps started rising over 95f he started stayin indoors mostly and hasn't taken a bath in a while.

Parrots are awesome birds and if I could I'd travel to the place where they fly free to get pictures. I just don't like the idea of caging those majestic birds.
