Yes, it's very hot but at least the humidity is low at about 9%

At least I can breath here whereas in high humidity I'd have a lot of trouble.

I am the same way. I think Parrots deserve to stay in their natural habitat.

I agree with you. I went to one zoo only because the man I was dating wanted to take pictures there, I felt so sorry for them all so I have never gone to another one.

@rebelann All animals deserves to live free in their natural habitat, I hate the zoos and the circus.

His pool is under the tree so it isn't always that hot in there.

He was but recently he hasn't been outside long enough to want to splash around.

@rebelann After a while that water warms up, then it's no longer comforting. Especially in the sun.

I feel sorry for caged birds, they just seem to be so much better off in their natural settings.

I don't like humidity but sweating is a good thing, it helps us lose weight Boy do I need to sweat

He does. I'll take dry heat over humidity any day.

He likes relaxing in his pool when he is outside in the heat .... he no longer wants to be outside when it is hot. My air cooler works is based on water evaporation system. The only thing bad about it is that if it is more than 20% humditiy it does not work very well.

That is not too bad, at least the humidity is fairly low and you might get rain. It is very dry here.

Yeah, it really is hot. Roscoe doesn't want to stay outside anymore, he likes it in here better.

The swamp coolers most poor folks have out here won't work very well when the humidity gets over 25% so thankfully when it's this hot it's usually pretty dry.

He does this on his own. I used to laugh when someone would talk about 80 being hot then I learned about the humidity factor and stopped laughing, humidity is worse than dry heat.

Ewwww, that's way toooo sticky for me. I have trouble IF it gets over 20% out here plus these damn swamp coolers can't cool anything if the humidity reaches more than 25% ..... I'm dang lucky this Mobile home doesn't get damp indoors. He loves that pool but when our temps started rising over 95f he started stayin indoors mostly and hasn't taken a bath in a while.

Yeah, it really his hot out there. I could never own a bird of any kind but I love to watch wild birds when they're around.

I'm thankful the humidity is low.

Parrots are awesome birds and if I could I'd travel to the place where they fly free to get pictures. I just don't like the idea of caging those majestic birds.
