I dont know how to express it.
The husband of my cousin died yesterday night. She was close to me and I am not able to think how would I console her.
Though he was old 65 years and had some kidney issues. . He was ill from many months but his death has made me shattered inside.
It's a very tough situation to face. How do you face it?

I am sorry about your cousin's husband. I guess really all you can do is speak from your heart, give her a hug and ask if there is anything you can do. Very sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry how this happened. I know from my own husband dying that time will take away the worst pain. Then days will get easier and easier.

it's tough. Let her express her feelings. Cry out loud if she wants to. See if she needs any specific help.

@sjvg1976 It takes time for her to accept the fact.

It is not surprising to me as he had been ill for many months.
My condolences to your family

It's hard to find the correct words. Many times a good bear hug is all it takes. You will find the words I'm sure but being with her in her time is need might be just what she needs.

It's tough. I think just let her e for some days. Because at this moment, consolations won't do her good.
