So, my younger nephew had a fire in his apartment building. Not sure when this happened, but sis sent me pictures of all the damage. That poor kid can't catch a break, first it flooded there and his mattress had to be replaced now this! I am waiting for more information on what happened with the fire Oh yes, in between these events, his car needed major work. I told sis he better get out of that place. The trouble is, he had a lot of trouble finding an apartment in the area where his job is. No places had vacancies. He better find something though...his lease should be about up I think. This just keeps getting better apparently the woman across the hall died in the fire.

Oh! Terrible!
Flood, fire and car issues..they say trouble comes in three. Hopefully things get better from here for him.

There has to be something. He can do some of his work from home so even if he has to move to another city..The commute probably wouldn't be horrible. He could probably arrange to go to the office just 3-4 days per week.

@RebeccasFarm The thing was they had a terrible time finding an apartment in that area. There were no vacancies. I think he needs to look in nearby cities.

I don't know exactly what happened, but it was close to his apartment door which is quite scary.

@m_audrey6788 I think it was just across the hall. He was awake at the time of the fire, but was just getting ready to go to bed.

I think he needs to be in a more modern apartment. This place where he is is in a nice area, and he got a lot of space for the money, but it looked like it had been converted from a nursing home or something. He felt lucky to find something because the rental market around there is so tight.

@rebelann oh he has plenty of money. That is not the issue. Besides his parents would help him out if need be. It is the scarcity of apartments in his ream

@RubyHawk Yeah, you know when it rains it pours. I hope his GF doesnt break up with him. She is already living in another city. It seems she keeps him a t bit of a distance, so maybe she doesn't see him as being "the one." However, he is handsome, has a good professional job, and is a very nice person. They don't come much better than Andrew.
