I shared you here about my property being abused, vandalized, and human wastes thrown on the ground. The guard and barangay officials caught the culprits. They're street kids. They said they're paid to vandalize and they sleep under the bridge, others on carts. They're brought to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). They're 13,15,and 16 years old. They're so pitiful and it's not their fault to live a life like that. This time, no more throwing of human feces, etc.. I'm glad. I'm still thinking if pushed through my plan to sell my property. I don't know if it's okay to sell my property. What can you suggest bright people here will it be okay to push through my plan to sell my property now that culprits were caught. Thanks all. If you don't want to live there, you might as well sell it.

@m_audrey6788, It's a house and lot. I have 2 properties, due to pandemic, we opt to choose to live outside the city near the sea.

@cacay1 Oh I see. It is much better to sell it. Letting it rent will give you possible problems

Wow - I am surprised they finally got caught - but good! Sad that they are young kids. Ohhh, I guess you have to weigh the pros and cons. Wasn't this place supposed to be a good location in terms of where you work?

@cacay1 It seems like everyone is on the side of selling. I don't know all the details, but if you feel better about selling it, then go with your gut feelings. I wish you the best no matter what you decide .

@much2say, yes, it's nearer my work place. I'm still getting many responses whether to sell or not.

If you need money, you can sell it. But if not, just stay with it. Your property's value increases in time. If the location is good, you can sell it for a higher price. You can build a business too.

@cacay1 you're welcome. Just take your time and weigh things meticulously because you cannot take back any wrong action when it comes to selling properties.

Using the proceeds of the sale of your real property for a legitimate purpose, you may go ahead

I'm glad the culprits have already been apprehended. At least the annoyance being done on your property will eventually stop and you could deal with what you can do with it. I can see two options there have rented it so you can have monthly rental income or sell it so you can dispose of it.

You may want to weigh the pros and cons each can give you, then decide. Prices of land usually appreciate as the years pass by, so it could be a good investment. if well maintained. On the other hand, if the land gives you too much trouble and sleepless nights, then you may have no option but to sell it now. It's really up to you.

@Jenaisle, hi thanks. My relatives also advised me to sell my property. They're afraid the same problem to occur again in the long run.

Only you can decide. If its beneficial to keep it then do that. If you dont need it then sell
