Hello, myLot ! This morning I woke up to my phone ringing, but of course I couldn't remember where I put my phone and when I found it the ringing had stopped. I got a text from my boss, too, as well as an email, but I remembered her saying that she didn't get on her computer much and I had forgotten to put my phone on the charger so it wouldn't let me call or text her back--so I ate breakfast and slurped a bit of coffee, and threw a couple of things in my bag and headed for the bus stop. Because I was in such a hurry, I didn't throw my book, camera, or phone into my bag (the latter had to charge, anyway) so I had nothing to do while waiting for the bus and no way to tell the time. Even though I wasn't reading a book, I still missed my stop. Thankfully, I didn't have to walk too far back to get to the street I go down to get to the street where my boss lives. Turned out one of the gals who works at the daycare called in with a migraine, so that's why I was asked to come in. The kids, as almost per usual, were pretty nuts today. The girl who was there kept thanking me for coming in, and I told her it was my pleasure--I hate leaving people in the lurch, and a little extra in my paycheck won't hurt. Right now I need to go and get the mail, then when I come home, I need to unload the dishwasher and do some Bible study. Thank you, myLot for the $7.04 I received this morning while I was gone.
