Worried to this Dogs.

Yesterday afternoon, while I'm doing scrunchies. I noticed it's starting to rain. And it's a heavy rain. And the wind is strong. Then I see the two dogs. It's my neighbor dogs. Waiting outside their gate. But sad to say the owner don't care to them. They don't open the gate for their dogs. They don't care if their dogs are wet outside the gate. Or they don't care if they dogs get sick bacause for the long time their dogs wet and feel cold hoping their owners open the gate for them. I feel so sad and worried to see this two dogs they don't know where their going because it's a heavy rain so I quickly open the gate and talk to my husband and asked help to get this two dogs so this dogs can stay inside my gate. While it's raining. 1st they're shy to come inside my gate because I'm stranger to them but they don't have choice.. But They stay inside my gate till the rain stop. I hope they fine and not get sick because of rain.
