It's understandable to miss him, especially since you're in a long-distance relationship. In any case, this would be a test of how well your relationship would withstand the distance between you two. Good luck with that, and hopefully it will grow stronger over time.

I will try. The hard part is because my visa isn't here yet I cannot start with my new job yet. And thus I am idle and bored. And more miserable. Hopefully I get it tomorrow. Otherwise I might end up going back to Guernsey and waiting for it there.
