mostly i eat daily breakfast but friends told me that heavy breakfast can change routine office day work like feeling indigestion, in following these i have left morning breakfast but i feel very uneasy in office work, now i am confused to start regular break fast, but if i do so what will be side effect

Maybe you can ease your breakfast into two parts. Start off light and nearing to lunch, increase your portion gradually.

@fasihpti Depends on what kind of calories and types of butter etc. Salted, unsalted and stuff..Eggs too; is it diet eggs or the regular ones. Those you mentioned are not heavy in quantity but only in calories wise.

Breakfast is okay. It does not affect my work. For me, I am used to not eating breakfast. Either one is okay for me.

I eat light breakfast in the morning as much as possible. It depends on what I feel to eat in the morning and what is available in the fridge

Breakfast is an important meal that you shouldn't miss. I am not sure how heavy your breakfast usually is but you should just take the necessary amount. An amount that you feel satisfied with.
