Several years ago, I bought a smart drive power assist. I'd used it for several months, needed the rollers replaced. That took a while, because I had to gather the money to repair it. Of course, like an idiot, I stopped using it for a while (didn't really need it), and forgot to keep up on the charge, now the thing refuses to charge. I think the battery is beyond dead. I am not sure if it's the unit or what, but ... I'll be shelling out more money for repair and will probably be without it for a couple of weeks. And we have a trip coming up, yay.... Next time I'll remember to charge it on the regular even if I don't use it.
