As a coffee drinker,i have my own methods to proceess my raw coffee
Picking just a red cheery coffee,and then soaking cherry for 24 hours
Peeling The shell and then soaking again for 24 hours with change the soaking water twice
After that,im dried my coffee for 2 days....
I do the whole proccess manually to get the best dried coffee beans before roasted...

Is this a coincidence. I was just thinking of planting coffee plants and making my own coffee since I spend $200 every year on coffee . Why does it have to be soaked for 24 hours. Which is the best tasting?

@yoalldudes In blending coffee, every technique has a taste,like roast your coffeebeans make a lihgt or dark
depends what you like..
In the beginning,cherry coffee soak for 24 hour to choose good seeds,bad seeds will float
