I just started working on losing weight again. A week has gone by and I am down 2 pounds! I am trying to increase my water intake and my vegetable intake. My goal is to lose 97.6 pounds so now I have 95.6 pounds left to lose. I know I can try hard to lose weight but if my water intake and food intake is bad nothing else I can do will work. I am not hitting it hard like I normally do but trying to build it slowly and make changes that will last a really long time! Once I start drinking a decent amount of water and vegetables at every meal I will get more focused on exercise. This is Texas and it is so hot that just outside work is all I can manage!! Do you have a weight loss goal? If so how much weight do you need to lose and what steps are you currently taking to reach them? Good luck!!

i have tried many diet tips before because i always struggling to lost some. the one thing that efective for me is intermittent fasting, that diet is amazing for me, i can eat everything that i want but still lost weight and i just need to combine it with light excercise such as walking or jogging. i lost at least 13 kg by doing it.

13 kgs, wow! How many weeks/months did it take to lose that much? How many hours do you fast? Do you fast every day? Do you walk or jog daily?

@DeeDee05 That diet trend is gaining popularity here, too, but the intermittent fasting is combined with low carb, low starch, no sugar, more on protein and good fats.

@merrybelle2021 i know this diet because there is a public figure in my country who share his weight loss diet inspired by intermitten fasting. I don't know if he use the same methods as Intermitten Fasting or he makes some changes. But basically there is 4 eating-windows, a 8 hours, 6 hours, 4 hours and 24 hours. 8 hours eating-windows mean you can eat everything you like in that 8 hours period but don't go overboard, just eat moderately and then you need to fast afterwards, for examples if i eat at Sunday, 10.00 am and use the 8 hours eating-windows it means i need to stop eating at 06.00 pm and allowed to eat again at least at Monday 10.00 am. Same goes with the 6 and 4 hours eating-windows. For the 24 hours is basically you just eat once a day, but don't do this daily, once a week is enough. For a beginner i recommended doing the 8 hours first and please note that you don't need to force yourself and stop if you feel lightheaded or not well because there are some people who can't fasting for health reason. I did this everyday and combine all the eating windows, i tried to jog or just walking around daily but i'm busy with work and sometimes only do this on the weekend, and it took me less than a year to lose 13 kg.

There is a sentence in China:The body is the capital of revolution. So I think health first. I have no goal to lose weight.I hope you get what you want.

I am not really trying to lose weight, but strive to be more active. So, that in and of itself is an accomplishment.

I need exercises to tone my muscles. And take care of my diet for health reasons.
