We went to Walmart a little bit ago, so that I could get the ingredients for what the other half wanted for dinner tonight.
I got two pounds of chicken tenderloins for $9.88
Two things of chicken fried rice (knorr sides) $2.00
eggs and milk to make the wet batter $7.00
So it wasn't really that cheap. I mean I guess it was way cheaper than going out, but I have also made much more frugal meals before.
But it was delicious.
It ended up being $18.88 total, or $6.29 each. It fed three of us.
What did you spend/make for dinner tonight?
