I had auto pay on our cell phones, after Jim lost his while in hospital, and so I tried for a good while to get them to have it taken off of auto pay. I was looking for it to be easy Was I ever wrong. So I went to my bank, they told me I would have to get another debit card. Straight Talk would not work with me at all. Asking questions what was number of the phone, not the phone number some I M E A number. and what was the number most frequently called number. It was an awful experience, from now on I'll just buy cards.

that certainly sounds like one huge headache trying to stop autopay. I'm glad I don't have anything that's on autopay

They never make it easy, do they. And I suppose no one turned it in at the hospital.

I buy cards for my cellphone, I do not want to have to pay every month, I use it very little.

@popciclecold - I buy a prepaid card of the amount I want, usually no more than $ 10, it takes 8 months to me to consume that credit. Our system is different and it works.

That’s exactly why I pay bills myself. I had that happen once about internet service when I changed to another service.
