When I was young I would so angry, even vengeful at times, when people were selfish, hurtful, or mean. Down through the years I have learned about Karma and have used that belief to help me through some really bad times. Then I had an Ahha moment and realized that if we did not have the ugly, selfish, vulgar, and even evil in this world of ours we wouldn't know the difference. We wouldn't appreciate the good.

You do have a point there and I feel lucky that being on my own I do not have to deal with really mean and bad people now

@RasmaSandra Mean, angry people need to stay on their own side of the fence! Living peaceful, is relaxing and it brings happiness.

Just like with Star Wars, the good forces against the evil forces. They are always present, for us to personally choose one or the other. I've learned that anger makes me sick,. While handling stress properly I will get healthy again.

@celticeagle Uncontrolled anger is deadly, for the person who displays it.

We have to tolerate the bad to enjoy the good like the day and night.

Our emotions are in so much turmoil when we are teens and younger adults. I don't miss those years.

I believe in Karma too. Something happened to someone that was horrible to me...beyond horrible. I never would have wished it on her; but she did deserve it.

I also would be very angry for many years at what people did, but God finally helped me to forgive everyone and it's so freeing not to carry around all that stuff.
