The meal is like our national meal though it can be prepared differently by region. At home, we cook the combination of chicken and pork.

Do you fry the potatoes first before adding to your pork adobo?

I had long heard pork adobo but never had it before. I think it is a mixture of taucheo and oyster sauce, thick gravy
