Do you find that there are some things you can fix either on purpose or by accident and other things you cannot? I find that there are times it may take me a little bit to figure out something and other times cannot figure it out and have to contact my technician to come and see what is going on.

I don’t have a technician. If I have computer trouble I must take my computer to the shop.

@RubyHawk I am sorry you do not have a technician to help you and that you have to take it to the shop when have trouble. I find that I am not sure about those at shops and my technician helps me with lots of things other than my computer.

@Hannihar You’re very lucky to have someone come to your home.

@RubyHawk The friend that told me about him I have no idea what happened to her. I tried calling a few times and no answer. I wish I would have gone to him sooner than I did. All the others just wanted something and did not care to fix things. The one I have now is great. He helps me with so much.

@ihasaquestion For example, I make a calendar for me every year and could bring it from this one program to Photoshop and then could not for the life of me make it to the size it should be. My technician showed me a different way.

@ihasaquestion Thank you and for many years I have had Windows 7 and could do it but since had to get Windows 10 things are new and a program I have been using does not work with it and have found out during the switches things did not work with the windows I had to update to. I like to have things ready in the calendar so can check it each time I make it. I still have to make one. I have for this year so it will be from September 2022 to September 2023. I always do from our Jewish New Year to our Jewish New Year.

I often find solutions to little fixes on youtube. It's helped me do a lot of things I hadn't ever done before. If you try to fix something and can't, try it sometimes. The plus side to youtube is you can always pause or replay it until you get it figured out.

@MarieCoyle Thank you and that was a good suggestion. I am more a one-to-one person because I do not always get videos on youtube.
