This is a natural process. We just have to get used to it when we get older.

I understand what you are saying but not everyone can adjust when they get older.

@Hannihar Maintaining good health is important to delay the process of aging both physically and mentally.

That is a typical response to change, I suppose. They are the only thing that never changes in our lives. We experience several physical and mental changes as we become older. We also go from being quick to become slow. Because they are all a result of a change in our lives, there is nothing you can do to stop them. growing ill and feeble over time after being robust and powerful.

@Hannihar I have done that before a lot where I am doing something and I don't feel it's the way I want it so I start over. Sometimes starting over allows me to rethink everything with the possibility of the result being better than it would have if I didn't restart it. I guess it depends on what it is and what caused the change in the first place.
Sometimes change can be good and sometimes change can be not what we wanted.

Yes, you are right that sometimes change can be good and sometimes not so good. I have tried over and over again to figure out what I did wrong with something and could not and then did something else wrong so now I just need to do some things I can and wait for my technician to come help me.

Change is inevitable. It can happen anytime. It can hurt you but if it needs to happen then let it be.
