Failed diet

I feel very sad, my diet failed for the umpteenth time, why can't I consistently follow this diet, I also want to have an ideal weight, I'm tired of being teased with the phrase "fat woman", I'm really frustrated

Which is the diet you followed? You must find a diet not too restrictive that you can follow. Eat smaller portions, avoid fats and sugar and move more.

It is important to have a caloric deficit, exercise and eat well. You can't eat everything you see in front of you. Sweets, fried foods and soft drinks should be banned from the diet for those who want to lose weight and be consumed rarely. In any case, seek specialized help and try to control what has made you wrong in the diet. Anxiety and stress harm people in many ways, including weight loss.

I struggle to maintain my weight. I weigh too much but try not to gain anything. I am at the high end of normal for my height. Chocolate is my downfall.
