Shinzo Abe - former Japanese PM for many years. He was popular at the world stage, a big friend of India and someone who tried to implement radical moves to improve Japanese Economy. Yet Hatred and venom could be blind. A few bullets, a probable security lapse and the ex-PM Abe was shot dead by a maniac(former Military person as per the reports). He was still in active politics. No; he did not deserve this kind of end of life. Certainly shocking and tragic !! News link :

This is very, very sad. It was all over our news too. It's very difficult to stop this sort of attack.

@JudyEv An unchartered territory of Fear, Despair and uncertainty. It seems that big countries need to get together and do something about it, including India.

@JudyEv Do first and foremost the education systems should improve and then how the police and social groups work together. And tackling unemployment and crime ought to be a big priority.

@thelme55 Yes and never heard anything like this happening in Japan. A question comes to my mind : "Are we safe anywhere"?

@thelme55 Yes nothing is assured now. At times, it is best to stop thinking!
