So I wrote about going to a final interview, https://www.mylot.com/response/3514225/22818228, and that one did not pan out for me.
Didn't hear from them and when the recruitment manager called, she said that I was reprofiled for another account instead. So, they set a new interview for me with a supervisor last night and I passed that. Tomorrow morning, I have a final interview with the senior operations manager. The interview might possibly include a mock call. It is scheduled at 12:30am and it is via Zoom so that works out. At least I don't have to go to their office for the final interview unlike the last time.
I'll take this interview like any other interview that I took in the past. Kinda hoping for a positive outcome.
Have you had any success with your work interviews before? For those that are retired, what question would you ask if you were to conduct an interview?

Those are great questions!
Only two interviews? You must have stayed in your work for a long time.

Best of luck for your interview. I am retired. If I am the interviewer, I would ask the applicant - why you applied for the job, and what do you think are your strengths and weaknesses. These were the questions I had been asked during interviews.

Good luck with your interview. I will only considered it successful interview if I got hired and yes I did a great job with interviews because they hired me right away after having a good conversation. I usually don`t talk too much. I only answer direct to the point.

Thanks.
That is a smart thing to do - answer questions straight to the point.

True.
We don't get accepted sometimes for one reason or another.

All the best for your final interview. I always get nervous when I go for job interviews. I have to give lots of them and my passing those interviews are less, maybe they find me less confident so dont select me. I will ask questions about the job profile and questions to check the person's skills for the job being interviewed.

Why do your photos of you always look like a mugger-in-waiting?
I hope you're successful in getting this job.
