Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I`m back again 
because I want to share my thoughts with you about me getting a good body massage. I used to give myself a relaxing day and that is to have a good body massage. I stopped when pandemic started but it has been helpful for me. I feel good after having it. I think it is time to give it a try again. It is by appointment and I think they have good health and safety rules implemented. What do you think my dear mylotters? Is it safe now in your place to have a body massage?

Thai massage is quite good. I've tried it. But at the moment, I dare not to go to have body massage in my place.

Oh ok. I only like soft massage because it helps me to relax good

@m_audrey6788 Have you tried Abhyanga or Ayurvedic massage? It is an oily soft massage and it is far better than a Thai massage. Well, for me.

I have never gotten a body massage, in my country we don't have any restrictions right now so if you were here you could go anytime you want.

I had a professional massage only once for now when we are in Palawan. I don't have a budget to have a regular professional body massage

As long as they're taking precautions it probably would be okay to go and get a massage especially if you find it helpful and relaxing.

Oh, yes I love it. Since the pandemic I didn’t treat myself to a body massage. I don’t like to go to a massage studio. I am not sure if they change the towels every time they have a client. I have a Thai ex workmate who does it for friends at home. Thanks for reminding me that.

Since it has raining and the temperature has cooled down I oil message my body before bathing. Message keeps your body's blood circulation good.
