Got my chicken tenders / myLot

Weather was permitting me to go to Safeway supermarket, $5 Friday sale, today. Got ready, hopped on the bus and off to Safeway I went. Checking the weather from time to time, looking nice. Didn't worry about it, even if remnants of Darby 69-45 mph winds, looming in the the south end near Big Island. Historical South Swell, is coming generated in southeast, a separate storm system. Waves of 20 feet tall expected Got my chicken tenders in the freezer. I bought 2 things of chicken tenders today. Yummy! Ate some for dinner this evening!

Take care. It's good to hear that you've got some good deals at the supermarket. Here, rainy days also come and I think the weather becomes wild as some parts of the city experience flooding.

I bought frozen cod yesterday and I also had my Member discount that was 50% for the 2 Kg of cod. Our heatwave continues.

@marlina Yes indeed. Got home today, from a walk-in dental check, cloudy, overcast day! I prayed so hard, for a dry time, and only a 30 second sprinkle is all that happened! Double relief!

That is a great savings going on there. We had Safeway's in Texas years ago, but the employees were asking for too much money and they closed them all down.
