What do you think about real estate investing? i think real estate investing is safest and quickest way to build wealth ? if you find the right investment you can grow your equity as your property appreciates and can have great annual cashflow

If you buy to rent and you are lucky enough that the one who rents your home/apartment pays, you have cash flow. IF NOT you have to pay taxes and you get nothing.

Yes that is the best investment part of real estate, some people buy renovate and sell off at profitable price.

@akanetuk - It costs a lot to renovate here and you pay very high taxes if you sell in a short time with a profit. It's not the best investment.

I heard some of my friends to do this too. But it's too risky since you need to do maintenance too.

If you combine your money with some mortgage then it is fine. Every investment has an element of risk

Real estate is always a great investment. I was into it years ago but eventually sold it all off—tenants are a nightmare. But I cannot deny people achieve massive wealth with it, done right.
