So easy to gain weight

I'm guilty of eating foods that are not healthy (sometimes)... I'm guilty of eating food more than the required intake( also sometimes)... I'm guilty of not exercising ( most of the time)... Now, I dream to have a normal weight recommended for my height but I know that it won't happen unless I will be discipline enough to do all the above mentioned. For me it's hard to maintain the ideal weight but it's easy for me to gain weight if I'm not careful with my food and my intake. I hope you don't have the same problem.

This pandemic many increase weight. I also increase some weight this pandemic. I no longer jog. When I get back to work face to face, my weight surely decreases.

Same as you. I have no walking exercise. After eating, I go to my table and sit to work. No more walking.

I am very strict with myself, I do not eat garbage food, I walk every day, but sometimes I eat a sweet or something I like. I have no weight problems, but it's hard to keep my weight.

I do have the same problem and for the exact same reasons as you. I do go for walks a bit more often now so at least that is something.

@ZedSmart About 10 pounds? Same here. It's small compared to others, who are much heavier, but it's hard when you're not used to dieting or exercising like in my case.

I don't have a weight problem but maybe I should be careful on what i eat because I'm not really a healthy food eater as well but i do exercise and take some long walk. Why not start with some simple exercises.

I started with intermittent fasting. I started last week but this week I can't handle anymore. I started with basic 12/12 plan. My schedule is 8 am breakfast. No eating for 12 hours. After 12 hours, at 8 pm, eat again. It is like skipping lunch time.

Good to hear about that. Yes, we must be careful on our foods. I do walking but not on regular basis.

@jobelbojel Are you still on this diet?12 hrs of not eating that doesn't seem good for a diet to follow. You should try eat smaller portion every few hours is probably a better idea.

I also have the same problems that are why I am overweight as per my height. I always think to start exercising but I can't because of my being lazy.

I'm good in maintaining my weight. I can control how much food I intake but I can't stop eating unhealthy foods. It's easy for me to lose weight but not healthy eating

Years ago it was difficult for me to gain weight.. I think because I was always on the go those years. Even if I eat lots of food, I don't gain fats because I can burn it through walking. But since pandemic, I gained weight because after eating, I.sit down. No more going out because I work from home.

For all these years, I struggled to gain weight with my diabetes. I have now reached a healthy weight with all diet and exercise and would like to retain it. I don't want to gain or loose.
